Highly skilled registered & licensed nurses provide care in accordance with physicians’ orders by assessing patients’ conditions and reacting accordingly. They provide care services, such as: injection administration, wound care, progress monitoring, coordination of care with patients’ other physicians or specialists, instruction of self-care methods or other home health education. Equipped with notebook computers that are connected to the patient network database, Providence Care nurses have access to the most up-to-date medical information, and can instantly update that information during a session of home health care.
